Before you book
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as your flights or lodge dates are firm. There is only one vehicle, so popular weekends and peak holiday weeks fill first. Same-day trips are sometimes possible — WhatsApp to check.
Do you wait if my flight is late?
Yes. Send your flight number when you book and I track it. If George Airport is delayed, pickup shifts with the plane — you are not charged extra for ordinary flight delay.
How many people and bags can you take?
Up to six passengers. Suitcases fit in the boot for typical airport groups; the luggage trailer is added for golf bags, extra cases or a full load.
How do I pay?
Cash, EFT or card swipe on the day of the trip, unless we agree otherwise when the booking is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Give 24–48 hours' notice where you can. Short-notice cancellations may carry a fee because the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your trip. Full terms are on the Terms page.
