Before you book
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as your flights or lodge dates are firm. There is only one vehicle, so popular weekends and peak holiday weeks fill first. Same-day trips are sometimes possible — WhatsApp to check.
Do you wait if my flight is late?
Yes. Send your flight number when you book and I track it. If George Airport is delayed, pickup shifts with the plane — you are not charged extra for ordinary flight delay.
How many people and bags can you take?
Up to six passengers. Suitcases fit in the boot for typical airport groups; the luggage trailer is added for golf bags, extra cases or a full load.
How do I pay?
Cash, EFT or card swipe on the day of the trip, unless we agree otherwise when the booking is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Give 24–48 hours' notice where you can. Short-notice cancellations may carry a fee because the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your trip. Full terms are on the Terms page.
Do you have child seats?
Yes — on request. Tell me when you book (age or weight of the child) so the right seat can be ready. Availability is confirmed with your booking.
Do you do early-morning or late-night airport runs?
Yes. George Airport early departures and late arrivals are normal for this route. Mention the flight time when you enquire so the schedule is clear.
What if the car has a problem?
There is only one vehicle — no backup car on standby. Breakdowns are rare and taken seriously. If the Rumion cannot run your trip, you get a full refund for the unused booking and I contact you directly as soon as I know.
Are prices per person or for the whole car?
Always for the whole vehicle — up to six passengers. You are not sharing the ride with strangers.
