When you fill in the booking form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, trip type, date, flight number if given, pickup and drop-off points, passenger count, and any notes. This information is used only to arrange and confirm your trip. Form submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify Forms) and shared with you directly over WhatsApp, phone or email.

How we use it

We use your details solely to plan, confirm and carry out the transport you have requested. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp and third parties

Booking via WhatsApp means your message is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as it is a service operated by Meta. The site is hosted by Netlify. We recommend reviewing those providers' privacy terms if you have concerns about those channels specifically.

Data retention

Booking records are kept only as long as needed for trip planning and basic recordkeeping. If you would like your information removed, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it.
