When you fill in the booking form, we collect the details you provide: your name, trip type, date, pickup/drop-off points, and passenger count. This information is used only to arrange and confirm your trip, and is stored via our website host (Netlify Forms) and shared with you directly over WhatsApp, phone, or email.
We use your details solely to plan, confirm, and carry out the transport you've requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking via WhatsApp means your message is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as it is a service operated by Meta. We recommend reviewing WhatsApp's privacy terms if you have concerns about that channel specifically.
Booking records are kept only as long as needed for trip planning and basic recordkeeping. If you'd like your information removed, contact us directly and we'll delete it.
